How are we going to do it?

At Usability HQ, we take every step to ensure the accessibility of your product. Our four step process (depending on your requirements) is outlined bellow.

1. Discovery
   We start by identifying goals, objectives, and requirements of your business and end-users.
2. Observe
   We talk to your end-users, get thier feedback and concerns with the current product, observe them using your product in their workplace (if possible), give them a set of tasks to do, and monitor their progress.
3. Accessibility Analysis
   We analyze the accessibility of the product, as well as your end-users' behavior, trends with the product, and feedback.
4. Report
   We write a comprehensive report describing accessibility problems with the current product, your end-users' needs and feedback, and research results.

We provide three key deliverables (depending on the service(s) requested):

1. Accessibility report - A comprehensive report outlining accessibility problems, instructions on how to fix them, user behavior and trends analysis, and results of research and experimental evaluation.
2. Video highlights - Video clips of users carrying out tasks during the experimental evaluation.
3. Presentation - An oral presnetation highlighting important accessibility pitfalls, with an explanation on how these pitfalls hinder your end-users, and finally recommendation on how to fix these problems.
